Welcome. My name’s Jeff and I’m a British/Australian author of romantic dark fiction and horror.

My writing explores the places in the darkness where lovers, lost souls and the gods of the old world rub shoulders.

I’m drawn to write about the people who find themselves here. About the demons and desires they must struggle with. About the forces that drive them to do terrible things. And sometimes beautiful things, too.

Many of my stories unsettle and disturb. Often these tales end up sad, or bittersweet. Sometimes they end up hopeful.

Horror with hope.

Horror with a happy ending.

If this sounds like your kind of reading, then I’ve a treat for you. It’s a collection of contemporary tales inspired by ancient myth.

They’re free. My gift to you. They're called Remixed Myths and you can find out more about them here.

Thanks for stopping by.

Jeff
